What We Do

The development will be designed, constructed and managed by the developer, who employs the consultants and the contractor(s) to deliver the project. The project monitor does not replace the developer’s team, but protects the third party’s interest, whether that be a bank, investor, tenant or landlord.

Gathering information on each project, we know what to ask for and what a well procured project looks like. When necessary, we help the developer to understand what information we need and why we need it. This is followed by a review of the project in a “health check”.
